We're on a roll after
our first Conference-wide Invite-A-Friend Sunday
on December 5, 1999 where we had over 65 visitors reported attending!
Easter time is a time when people think about coming to church!
So let's do it again on Palm Sunday, April 16, 2000
If you participate in the project,
the Conference Evangelism and
Communication Team would like to know the success of your event.
We are collecting information regarding:
· The number of visitors on April 16, 2000
· What publicity and/or hospitality efforts you used
· Suggestions for future events

Possible Hospitality
Ideas:
- Prepare Greeters
- Special Coffee Hour
- Ask a group to make up welcome
packets with newsletters, bulletins, Christmas ornament
- Involve evangelism committee
in planning
- Give candle or home baked food
as gift to visitors
- Make short follow-up visit or
phone call to visitor
- Offer a special meal to visitors
- Receive new members the same
day as Invite A Friend Sunday
