We rebuilt our cottage from the studs out. Everything is new –walls, cupboards, appliances, steel siding, windows … so that there aren’t any “to do” lists to attend to. We just go to the lake to play! Water sports and biking are the things we enjoy most. We have decided to share our home with others who will enjoy it and respect it. Because of a high incidence of allergies we require that guests do not smoke or have any pets at our cottage. Bell Harbor is a shared lakeshore association that provides lake front access, sand beach, play area, volley ball area. Cottage Amenities 4 bedrooms: 3 w/2 twin beds, 1 w/double Sofa that pulls out to a queen bed Dishwasher & Disposal & Microwave Central Air & Heating TV /VCR /DVD Ceiling Fans in every room Small shed for bikes Front Deck with Gas Grill We furnish our cottage with lots conveniences to make your vacation easy and comfortable. You will find daily-use items such as Hand, dish and dishwasher soap Dishes, pots and pans Pillows, mattress pads and blankets are provided. You will want to bring your own sheets, towels and wash cloths (including kitchen) for the week. Check-in Check-out We ask our renters to check in after 2 PM on Saturday and check out by 10 AM the following Saturday. This gives us time to restock. To ease transition between guests, we ask that you leave our home in good condition, and clean.
