We at Lake Kountry, Inc., are honored to be the headquarters for the

SHARE THE LIGHT...
The Light of Hope,
Comfort & Caring
Share the Light is a local volunteer organization of community members who wish
to offer support to individuals and families who are on their own personal grief
journey following the death of a loved one.
Share the Light members are willing to assist those in need in a variety of ways,
including:
- Preparing and delivering meals
- Helping with household tasks
- Visiting with a family member
- Providing a pastoral or support group contact
- Providing reading materials to encourage and support
- Providing remembrance items such as candles
- Assisting in the creation of meaningful memorials
- Offering continued support at difficult times of the year
Understanding that the grieving process can be physically and mentally exhausting and healing can seem like an impossibility, we invite and encourage you to contact us if we may help you or someone in any way.
Donations may be made out to "Share the Light" and sent to:

The Morning Glory
Each Spring, we give
out this heavenly blue flower in memory of our son (and brother) Joe. It
was his favorite flower as a young boy...after all, God didn't create
many blue flowers so he had decided that it must be pretty special! Just
as he is so very special to us and remains in our minds and our hearts
every day, we give it as a gift to you to offer hope, comfort and peace
in your life. May it also remind all of us to cherish and appreciate all
the loved ones in our life each and every day.
Human Loss is just
the temporary separation of spiritual beings who have shared the physical
experience together. The bonds of love shared in the physical are the
bonds that remain alive forever.
It is only through
the encouragement and strength of so many who graciously took such loving
care of us at our time of loss that we continue our journey in this
life without our precious Joe. It is his spirit of loving life and enjoying
everyone he met that remains ever-present with us and the many others
he touched. We will forever treasure his infectious grin and his "whatever"
attitude. Thank you to all who continue to "carry" us in this
life on those especially difficult days.
May God Bless You and Keep You in His Love and Care
