Linden Fire Department was founded in 1982 and protected small farm's and ranches. When it started there was not much more than one old Engine and an old Army gas truck that was used as a Water Tender. Linden Fire has grown quite a bit since then along with the community. We now protect fifty seven square miles with a population of three thousand and growing every day. Our department is a combination of full time and volunteer firefighters. We have an ISO rating of 7 Dwelling.
