Rowan is a little town of 218 friendly souls (and a couple of old crabs) in the heart of rural Iowa. We jokingly say that it is in the “hinterland” beyond the “boondocks”. Well there is a “Boondocks Truck Stop” only 30 miles away on I-35. Go to the links above to visit our town.
