Powder-Firearms and like items Federal, State, and or Local law may restrict some of the goods, which Black Powder Bill offers for purchase on his web page.  Black Powder Bill does not and cannot grant the right or authority to persons to purchase items, which may be regulated pursuant to such laws. You must be 21 years of age to purchase any blackpowder firearms and associated items, reloading components, Crossbows, air guns, blank firing guns, launchers, paintball guns, knives and other regulated items depending upon the jurisdiction in which you reside. All powder's, primers and ammo require photo ID such as driver's license. and a signed statement* stating your over 21 years of age. Firearms require an up to date FFL license, original copy signed in ink before any firearm is shipped to "YOUR" licensed dealer. Adult signature is required for most items of this nature.

Shipping is usually UPS ground service. BPB does not take credit cards, money orders or teller checks preferred. Personal checks may be accepted depending on the amount. Remember if ya burn me NY law says I can claim up to 3 times the amount written on the check.
