Crumb Crust
Filling
Prepare the filling, place the chocolate in a bowl. Bring a small amount of water to the boil in a saucepan. Remove from the heat and place the bowl of chocolate firmly on top. Stir while the chocolate melts. Place the cream cheese in a large bowl, add the condensed milk and beat until smooth. Beat in the melted chocolate and cream.
Place the water in a shallow bowl and sprinkle the gelatine over. Stand for 5 minutes or until the gelatine swells. Heat gently over hot water until the gelatine dissolves. Cool.
Combine the gelatine, orange rind and liqueur. Stir into the chocolate mixture and blend thoroughly. Pour into the crumb crust. Chill until set. Garnish with whipped cream and chocolate curls.
