Located on the waterfront of Lake Winnipesaukee in the town of Meredith NH, this 19th century lake cottage is equipped with 3 bedrooms (maximum occupancy 6 persons including children), bathroom with tub (shower located outside), living room, dinning room, kitchen with gas stove and microwave, open deck and screened porch. The beach (which is shared with owners) has 126ft of gently sloping sand and is excellent for children. The shared dock will accommodate up to a 22ft boat depending upon lake water level. There is also a swim raft placed at a depth of about 8 feet of water. Car and boat trailer parking is available but limited. Picnic tables and gas grill are also available for use.
Rental is on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday and is $1600.00 per week plus deposits.
No Smoking and No Pets are allowed.

Deposits:
Prior to March 1st, 2007 - 50% of rent (rent deposit) plus security deposit of $800.00 and signed rental agreement (example below) to be received with in two weeks to hold reservation and remaining balance due by April 1st.
After March 1st, 2007 - 100% of rent and security deposit of $800.00 is to be received with in two weeks to hold reservation. The 100% rent deposit is non-refundable unless canceled week is re-rented.
The security deposit will be returned within three weeks of departure. Any damage or cleaning costs will be deducted from this deposit prior to its return.
Cancellations:
Cancellations received in writing prior to March 1st, 2007 will be granted. Any cancellation received in writing after March 1, 2007 will be accepted but a refund of monies paid (including security) will only be refunded if reserved week(s) are rerented.
Cleaning:
The Camp will be clean when you arrive and it will be your responsibility to ensure that it is in the same condition when you leave. If the place must be cleaned after your departure you will be responsible for those charges.
What is not provided:
Sheets and towels are not provided. Please bring your own from home.
