  General Notes:

Dennis Walter Kelly crashed in his Cessna 180 into the waters of Great Bear Lake N.W.T.,Canada.Dennis was piloting the 180 and had 3 other persons on board. The two Indians in the back seat were rescued before the aircraft sank, by a R.C.A.F.search and rescue aircraft, who were looking for another lost aircraft at the time.Dennis and the other occupant of the front seat were ejected thru the windshield into the frigid waters.Dennis came briefly to the surface and then disappeared.Neither body of the two front seat occupants were ever recovered.

Dennis married Gladys Jones.
