James Couch

  General Notes:

"One day about 1975 when I lived near Durham, Ontario, a man and his wife came to see me and told me that one of them was a descendant of James Couch a brother of Thomas. They later sent me the results of their search in the Couch family history. I do not now have the papers they sent me. These people's name was McCormack and they lived in Peterborough, Ont. I have forgotten their first name and address.---Perhaps if you wrote to the Chesley Public Library they could give you some information and perhaps the address of the McCormacks as I am sure these people were at the library. Alice Floyd who helped write the History of Scone used to work at the Chesley library. The postal code for Chesley is N0G 1L0. --- Chesleyis about two miles from Scone."-- Laurence G. Armstrong
