MADELINE!

February 2010 -- We've definitely had our share of snow this winter. Maddie's spent quite a bit of time playing in it too!
Here's a snowman from this year. Conditions were much better this year than last year.

Maddie just recently discovered how awesome her Daddy's garage is :-) I gave her some old tools to play with. She wants to go out there about every day lately.
And, anybody who knows Maddie's favorite duck, Quacky, knows that he is very well loved and that his stuffing was shot. With Maddie's permission, Susan ripped a seam and they refilled him.

Quite a bit of stuff since last update.
Early March -- Snow was beginning to melt and we had a picnic in the playhouse.
Easter 2010! NRAO Easter party, bunny lap at the mall, then Easter day!
Made a trip to Charleston for a memorial service, then up to Nutter Fort for a truck meet. First two pics are of Cathedral Falls in Gauley Bridge and then good ol' WV Tech.
Chick Days 2010 at Tractor Supply. This year is much better than last year because they have baby ducks! We've dropped by for several visits.
Ramp digging 2010! No black bears this year though :-(
Nickelodeon Storytime Live in Salem VA. Turns out that the Nickelodeon crew are camera nazis, so no pics of the actual show. So I took a pic of Maddie and her souvenirs once we got back home.

Since the last update, we got addicted to "geocaching". Maddie calls it treasure hunting and loves it. It gets us out in the woods and to places we wouldn't have went otherwise. Here's a few pics from those adventures.

In early Nov, we made a quick trip up to Hershey to take her to Disney's Toy Story 3 on ice. It was a great show and she loved it!

While we were there we swung by the Hersheypark entrance to check her height. The park was closed but we found out she made Reese Cup status for next year!
