Print Screen Instructions

1 Click the window you want to save. The "zone message window", if that is what you want to copy.

2 Hold the Alt key and press Prt Scr. (hitting the Prt Scr alone will copy entire screen with all windows.)

3 Open accessories then paint. Paint is a graphics program that is provided with windows.

4 Click File and New.

5 Click Edit and Paste.

6 Click File, and Save As.

7. Make the save-in folder any place you want to save the copied window.

8. Make the file name anything you desire.

9. Make the format type as JPG.

10. Save.

11. Attach to an e-mail and send.
