Bridge Players:
Enjoyment is derived from playing bridge. Your host also get some satisfaction for handling your bridge tournaments. Many activities are required for your host to run a tournament. Names are entered into a spreadsheet, scores are entered, scores are tabulated, scores are copied and edited into a posting program, data into the lobby with the posting program. Many items can go wrong. A wrong key can be hit. A wrong window can be posted. A friend may intercept a line. Be patient. Give us time to correct problems of which we are well aware such as missing assignments. This is a manual intensive effort.
Rules are posted each game. Please read them. One rule is not to discuss problems in lobby. That means anything! Let host know by zone chat if you conceive a problem. We will keep a history to have some recourse. The MSN rules should also be read frequently. Rule sites are on home page.
Unethical play is not condone. That means no chatting about conventions, cards, or play while the game is in progress. Of course, no one can see anyone who does so but that only proves that they know how to cheat and not how to play bridge. We are all anonymous to a great extent since most use fake zone names. That does not allow anyone to be rude.
