FileInfoGUI: is a GUI that displays some information about the selected file. It tries to read the file for any $VER: strings that the file might contain. It doesn't always succeed at this part of its task. This is because there are a lot of programs that don't have proper $VER: strings (sometimes, there's no version info at all!).
