Our main sports site is Irondequoit High School, located at 260 Cooper Road in the town of Irondequoit. To reach IHS, take Route 104 to the Hudson Avenue exit. Take Hudson Avenue north into Irondequoit to the Titus Avenue (Hudson Avenue ends at Titus Avenue). Go east (right) to the first light, which is Cooper Road. The High School will be 5 blocks on your right.
From the north, Irondequoit High School can be reached from Charlotte and the Ontario State Parkway by crossing the Stutson Street Bridge, turning right onto Thomas Avenue (at the foot of the bridge), turning right (south) at St. Paul Blvd and continuing straight onto Cooper Road at the next light (do NOT bear right). The High School will be on the left, about 3 blocks.
Dake Junior High School. Dake is located next to Irondequoit High School on Cooper Road. Use the direction above.
Robert Sproule Field House. The Sproule Field House is located across the street from the High School on Cooper Road. Use the directions above. Please park at the High School as there is limited parking at the field house.
Pinegrove Soccer Field. The varsity and junior varsity soccer fields are located at Pinegrove Park, the home of the Helmer Nature Center on Pinegrove Road. To reach Pinegrove, take Route 104 to the Hudson Avenue exit. Take Hudson Avenue north into Irondequoit to the Titus Avenue (Hudson Avenue ends at Titus Avenue). Go east (right) to the first light, which is Cooper Road. Continue to the end of Cooper Road, where it joins with St. Paul Blvd. Pinegrove Road will be the second right from this light. The fields are on your left, just before the nature center.

Lakeshore Ice Arena. The home ice for the Irondequoit Eagle Hockey team is Lakeshore Ice Arena on Ling Road in the town of Greece. From the high school, continue to the end of Cooper Road (north), where it joins St. Paul Blvd. Continue north to the next light (Thomas Ave). Tack a right on Thomas Avenue and continue to the end. Cross the Stutson St. Bridge and continue west on Stutson St. across Lake Ave. Continue to the end of Stutson Street and turn left on Latta Road. Make an immediate right before the bridge. Stay in right lane and take first exit to Greenleaf Rd. Turn right (N) on Greenleaf Rd., cross the railroad tracks and proceed about 1/4 mile; turn left on Ling Rd. Arena is about 1/4 mile on left.
