Human Animation on the web is demonstrated here with the interactive

" ez Avatar Builder " Java program, built with the Shout3d x3d Viewer.

 H-Anim ( a Web3d Standard for _ Human Animation _ on the web will

be supported in the near future.

 H-Anim uses VRML ( the 3d " Virtual Reality Markup Language " ) and

a common set of Joint names so 3d human models can be animated with

complex behaviors using Object Oriented Programming Languages such

 as Java.

Previously displaying 3d VRML objects on the required " plug-in "

viewers and their were numerous problems including the incompatability

between the plug-in viewer and the VRML code, or the plug-in not being

installed.

 X3d / VRML Java Viewers such as Shout3d and Blaxxun3d do _ NOT _

require plug-ins and provide for the first time a reliable, portable

solution to displaying 3d content on the web that is interactive & fun

and can be used for games, teaching & learning, commerce and communication.

3d is alive and well, and growing like never before thanks to x3d and Java.

x3d Java is portable : Windows, Macintosh, Be, Linux, EPOC, game machines ...

Web Interactive 3d : Innovation, excitement, opportunity is here. Join in.
