1870 Fed US Census: living in Irondequoit, NY with wife Susan, and children Mary J, John, Emma, William, and Harriet.  He is listed as a Boat Maker with $1,000 of real estate and a citizen of the U.S.
1880 Fed US Census: living in Irondequoit, NY with wife Margaret, son Wm G and step-daughter Mary Grab.  He is listed as a farmer
1900 Fed US Census: living in Irondequoit, NY with wife Margarita and is shown to have immigrated in 1850
1910 Fed US Census: living on East Ave, Irondequoit, NY with wife Margarit and is shown to have immigrated in 1850 and naturalized.
1920 Fed US Census: "George J." Widowed and boarding with Jacob and Margaret B. Brasser on Ridge Road, Irondequoit, NY.  He and Margaret are shown as immigrated in 1850 with George being naturalized in 1857.

Notes: Randy Beachner, remembers being told about the farm on Ridge Road in Irondequoit and the name Bell.  Bell is the married name of Jacob and Margaret's daughter Olive.
