Burn
permits are required starting May 10. They are good through June
30. After that, burning is prohibited until the Fall rains arrive. If you

Do you need a Burn Permit?
Generally
YES if it is late spring or early summer. Open burning is not permitted starting
July 1 this year and extending until weather
and/or fuel conditions are such that state and/or local authorities deem that
permits may once again be issued.
How to get a Permit...
If burn restrictions allow for it, a burn permit may
be obtained at the Garden Valley Fire Station, or apply for a permit online at HTTP://www.burnpermits.idaho.gov.
