Introduction:
When you build boats, you get requests to build boats for others. A request has come from by daughter to build a nice wood kayak, "and not fat like those in the rental fleet".

I decided to design this so that there would be room to grow. But not too much room. This will be a snug fit at 110 lbs of paddler displacement.

Again, here are my goals:
Design the boat
Use the anthropometric dimensioning system as a guide, to determine a design that will be responsive for a 110 lb kid, but size appropriate for a 60 pounder to grow into.
Draw the boat, and develop a set of offsets to reproduce it in the future.

Build the boat
Use some techniques that I have used before, and try out some new to me.

Let the "customer" launch and evaluate the design
And have fun.
