The Luce Line Trail Association is a non-profit organization dedicated to preserving and promoting the Luce Line Trail.
The Luce Line Trail Association's primary goal is to make the Luce Line Trail suitable for its users, in a safe and friendly manner. We must ensure that changes are set into place that will produce a well-groomed and maintained trail, providing tranquility and safety for all. We are working hand-in-hand with the Department of Natural Resources (DNR), other branches of government, and surrounding landowners to get the trail to a safe and usable condition.
The Luce Line Trail Association is administrative cost-free... all funds are used for trail preservation and promotion.
This organizaton was formed in 1994 and is composed of your friends and neighbors. The future success of the trail will rest on the cooperation and solidarity of every individual and organization using the trail. We must work together towards a common purpose with a unified agenda. If you use and enjoy the trail, whether as a bicyclist, walker, jogger, runner, cross-country skier, snowmobiler, horseback-rider or nature watcher... we need your support. We appreciate all monetary support and volunteer efforts.
