A Tigershark UH-1C of the 192nd AHC

Tigershark UH-1C minigun ship repositioning after "hot" refueling at the POL point outside Song Mau in the summer of 1969. A light fire team would periodically pull alert at this location in support of ground operations in the mountains to the north and west. Seem to recall that aircraft commander at the controls is WO1 Darryl Koenig. Tail number appears to be 675.
