Banners
Here we have few more examples of banners written in JavaScrpt.

This page is for aducational purposes only and not in a public domain.

Banner: Scrolling Text

The Scrolling Text Banner features a 234 x 60 clickable branding image alongside automatically scrolling text. If the user chooses to mouse over Section B the text will stop scrolling until the user's mouse pointer is removed.
This script uses marquee, so a user not using IE 4.0 and higher on a PC should be served an alternative static 468 x 60 banner.

Banner: Expanding Form

The Expanding HTML Banner is an MSN® (?!) Rich Media Solution that expands the 468 X 60 banner into a HTML form as the user mouses over the banner.
When the user's mouse is within the expanded creative space, the expanded space remains on the page. When the user mouses outside of the expanded creative space, the expanded ad disappears and gives the appearance of retracting the expanded ad.
The user fills out appropriate fields and submits form to advertiser.

Banner: Active Information

The Active Information Banner delivers real-time information, using Dynamic HTML to display information in a format similar to a stock ticker.

Text messages scroll in from the right side of the banner, slow down, and stop at the left side of the ticker area. The message pauses for 3 seconds. If the user mouses over the message, the ticker pauses and additional information appears in a tool tip box. Users can click the message to follow the link associated with that message. After the message pauses, it scrolls out to the left and the next message scrolls in. Every 3 minutes, while the user is viewing the banner, the ticker area refreshes to update itself with the most current information from the advertiser's text file.

Banner: Expanding Menu

Expanding Menu Banners use Dynamic HTML to expand the amount of advertising space available to advertisers, with four buttons that activate menus leading to different locations on your Web site.
