Groceries: Jay (2 mi) - Devin’s Garage and Deli – just north of the village green. The Deli has a small selection of essentials and they make a very nice sandwich to go. You can also buy gas here, but the price is bit higher than other places.

AuSable Forks (6 mi) -. Grand Union in town just before the bank on right is a driveway to the store. It’s a regular grocery store but not very large.

Keene (3) – just south of town is a Steward’s Shop convenience store. This is the local version of a WAWA or 7/11.

Lake Placid (25 mi) – on 86 on the west side of town is a Price Chopper. It’s open 24 hours and has some organic produce, cage free chicken, … It’s like a good Acme. I usually go here once a week to stock up.

Farmers Marcy Field – (on 9N between Keene and Keene Valley) - Sunday at 9:30am – GREAT place for local/organic produce

Lake Placid - Wednesdays

Gas: Jay (2 mi) Devin’s Garage – most expensive but very close

Keene (8 mi) – at the Steward’s Shop

Wilmington (8 mi) – another Steward Shop

Lake Placid (16 mi) – several places and the best price in the area. I usually fill up whenever I’m in Placid.
