This basically states what is expected of members. Don't worry; it's nothing
bad...most are common sense anyways. These "rules" were developed to maintain
the "peace" within our team, and has worked pretty well so far.
All members are expected to participate in some tournaments. Obviously,
it's unreasonable to expect people to make every one, but there's no point in
your presence on the team if you will not participate in any team tournament.
Disrespect of any kind, to anyone, will not be tolerated. Respect your
opponent unless they're giving you reasons not to. Under NO CIRCUMSTANCE are
you expected to tolerate others disrespect; if you retaliate, keep in mind
that racist, sexual, or otherwise abusive language will not be tolerated and
will result in immediate banishment.
Anybody that stays inactive for a while will reach inactive status; while
in this status, you cannot participate in any tournaments until you talk with
a team leader. (inactive status for too long results in banishment)
Members are expected to wear their team tags on kaillera. Not doing so
will be regarded as defying the team, resulting in immediate banishment.
Going under alternative handles is your decision; no one will stop you or
care if you do. However, if you do this over extended periods of time, your
team handle will be regarded as inactive.
Voice your opinion! Even if you have nothing to say about a certain topic,
say so. Never voicing any ideas or thoughts appears as if you do not care, and
appropriate action will be taken if that is the case.
