This creature is a pterodactyl. They had wings and could glide from tree to tree. Pterodactyls lived about 100 million years ago. Some of these creatures were huge! One fossil, found in Texas, had a wingspan of about 39 feet (12 meters). This was the largest flying animal ever found.
