HOW TO ORDER OUR PRODUCTS

To avoid selection disappointments or delivery schedule delays,
we recommend that you contact us, at any of the addresses shown
below, to check on product and color availability BEFORE you place
an order. We can then provide you the latest information on what is
available and how long it may take to weave and ship your item.


Form of Payment

To keep costs down, we do not accept credit card orders. However,
we are happy to accept personal checks and money orders (please
allow a little time for personal checks to clear). All quoted prices are
in United States dollars (USD) and include California sales taxes where
applicable.


Shipping & Handling

Within the 48 contiguous United States, shipping and handling
charges are $5.00 for the first item, plus $0.25 for each additional
item sent to the same address. Examples of shipping & handling
charges follow:

Single Address:
• One scarf ... $5.00
• Two table runners to the same address ... $5.25
• Three tea towels to the same address ... $5.50

Split Order (two addresses):
• Four tea towels to the 1st address ... $5.75
• One scarf to a 2nd address ... $5.00

Please contact us for a quote for shipments to destinations outside
the 48 states.



Order Information

Placing an order can be done by regular U.S. Mail as noted below.
When you place your order, please provide the following:

1. Quantity, description and unit price of each item ordered
2. Total amount for merchandise
3. Shipping & handling charges
4. Grand total ($) of the order
5. A check or money order, made payable to D&G KNUTSEN
6. Your mailing address
7. Your e-mail address or telephone number, in case we need
to contact you regarding your order
8. A shipping address if different from your mailing address
