To avoid selection disappointments or delivery schedule problems,
we recommend that you contact us, at any of the addresses shown below,
to check  on product and color availability BEFORE you place an order.
We can then provide you the latest information on what is available, how long
it should take to weave your item and ship, etc.

    To keep costs down, we no longer accept credit card orders (effective
August 1, 2007).  However, we are happy to accept personal checks and
money orders (please allow a little time for personal checks to clear).
All quoted prices are in United States dollars and include California sales
taxes when applicable.

Shipping & Handling

    Within the 48 contiguous United States, shipping and handling charges
are $5.00 for the first item plus $0.25 for each additional item to the same
address.  

   Examples of shipping & handling charges:
      •  One scarf  ....  $5.00
      •  Two table runners to the same address  ....  $5.25
      •  Four tea towels to the same address  ....  $5.75
      •  Split order:
              •  Four tea towels to one address  ....  $5.75
              •  One scarf to a second address  ....  $5.00

    Please contact us for a quote on shipping and handling  to destinations
outside the 48 states.
 

Order Information

    Placing an order can be done by regular US Mail, e-mail or telephone
as noted below.  When you place your order, please provide the
following:

-  The quantity, description and unit price of each item ordered
-  The total amount for the merchandise
-  Any shipping and handling charges
-  The grand total for the order
-  A money order or personal check, made payable to
      " D&G Knutsen " 
-  Your name, mailing address and telephone number (in case we
      need to contact you regarding the order)
-  A shipping address, if different from your mailing address.
