2010 West Central Conference Track & Field Meet

Entry deadline: Tuesday, May 4, 2010, 10:00 PM

ENTRIES: email entries to Dave Jokisch at djokisch@frontiernet.net or dave@jtrackcc.com . You will get a reply confirming your entries within 24 hrs.. Changes can be made until the deadline. Performance lists will be posted at www.jtrackcc.com .

After the deadline, no additions, only substitutions/scratches. Subs and scratches can be emailed to eyler@casscomm.com .

Since performance lists will be available, please make your subs by 8:00 Thursday evening. Subs will still be accepted on meet day, as well as scratches, but let’s avoid wholesale substitutions on meet day.

Pole Vault girls, then boys

High Jump girls, then boys

Discus girls, then boys 4 throws

Shot Put boys, then girls 4 throws

Long Jump 4 jumps, cafeteria style

Triple Jump 4 jumps, cafeteria style

3:45 Girls 3200 run

5:00 Running events continue, girls/boys order

HH, 100, 200 are heats on time, no prelims.
