The awards ceremony will
be held at the football field 30 minutes following the conclusion of |

the Boys race.
In case of bad weather the awards ceremony will be moved into the gym. |

CONCESSIONS: |
The PORTA Booster club
will sponsor a concession stand at the meet. |
|
|
|
|
CAMPS: |
Please locate team camps
behind East Bleachers at the football field. |
|
|
|
|
SPECTATOR CONTROL: |
Please emphasize to
parents and fans from your school how important it is that participating |
|
|
athletes are not interfered with. Spectators will not be allowed inside the
track / football |
|
|
field fence and are asked not to cross the white line
that marks the course area. |
|
|
|
|
WEATHER: |
In the case of severe
weather, teams should take shelter in the PORTA |
|
|
High school gym. |
|
|
|
|
EMERGENCY NUMBER: |
In case of a medical
emergency, Menard Ambulance Service will be called (632-7784). |
