Entries: Coaches should enter all participants online at www.jtrackcc.com and click on “Cross Country Entries On-Line” by Sunday September 2, 2012.

Date: September 8, 2012

Race Schedule: Jr. High Girls – 9:00

Jr. High Boys – 9:30

High School Girls – 10:00

High School Boys – 10:45

Parking: East half of parking lot, South of Track

Restrooms: Under East Bleachers

Spectators: Please instruct fans to remain outside of the track fence and to the South of the yellow rope.

Finish Line: At the mouth (wide part) of the chute

Course: Grass and dirt trails

Awards: Individual – 1^st through 15^th place medallions in each division

Team – Track and Field News – One year subscription for school library

- Perpetual Plaque or plate for Previously awarded plaque

Results: Available on jtrackcc website

Weather: In case of severe weather, teams should take shelter in the High school gym.

Emergency number: In case of a medical emergency, Menard Ambulance Service will be called

(632-7784). Costs will be the responsibility of the patient.
