NOTES:

 

There will be some running on pavement.  Runners should plan footwear accordingly.

 

Buses should park on the grass on the side south of the entrance to Westlake.

 

All competitors must stay out of the clubhouse.

 

Information/scoring packets will be handed out upon your arrival.

 

Team scores will be determined by the actual place of  finish of runners.  Final results will be available as soon as possible.  They will be awarded by the finish line.

 

Unlimited entries in the Varsity races.

 

RACE TIME:                       GIRLS – 4:30 P.M.                  BOYS – 5:00 P.M.

       

COURSE LENGTH –           GIRLS – 3.0 MILES

                                                  BOYS – 3.0 MILES

INFORMATION SHEET

 

1.         Westlake Country Club – on the north edge of Jerseyville located just off Route 67, take Hollow Avenue west. 

 

2.                  ABSOLUTELY NO ONE is to go in the clubhouse.

 

3.                  Please inform all runners and representatives of your school: Jerseyville, as well as each visiting school, is a guest of the Country Club so please cooperate.

 

4.                  Pick up packets in front of the clubhouse.

 

5.                  Use only the restrooms located in the swimming pool bathhouse.

 

6.                  Team scores will be determined by actual finish.

 

7.                  Each school will use their pre-drawn box for all races.

 

8.                  Please stay off the greens, tees, and do not cut across the golf course.  Use the perimeter only.
