ENTRIES: New for 2011: Enties will be made by
using the Downloaded softerware – “Free Entry
Software” (TRKSTAT) on www.jtrackcc.com .

ENTRIES DEADLINE: Monday, April 11, 2011 by 10:00 p.m. to Dave Jokisch
at either djokisch@frontiernet.net
or dave@jtrackcc.com . Confirmations of entries will be sent by
Dave within 24 hours. Changes will be allowed day of meet.
ENTRIES: 2 Individuals in each event per school – one relay team.
AWARDS: Medals for the 1st 3 places and ribbons for 4th-8th.
2 Team plaques.
SCORING: All events 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1
SHOT-DISCUS-LONG&TRIPLE JUMP: Flights with best nine advancing to
finals. Cafeteria Style – 1 hour.
HIGH JUMP: 1/8” spikes or less, opening height determined by Games
Committee. There will be NO Pole Vault.

Coaches and Stat people are not allowed in the press box.
NO caps, bandanas, or sunglasses to be used in competition.
Please inform your athletes to stay off the football field. Camps must
be made outside the fence. There are to be no spikes on the bleachers. NO
electronics allowed on or inside of track or at Field events.
The track is an all-weather track which requires 3/16 “ spikes.
Each school will need to provide 1-2 adult workers, due to the
difficulty in finding adequate numbers of quality helpers to host a large meet.
These will be assigned prior to the meet. Awards will be given out AFTER
all the results have been signed by the Starter.
