Junior High - given out at the end of fourth JH race. Trophies will be given to the top three teams.  Boys and girls medals will be given to the top 25 in the team races.  Medals will be given to the top 15 in the boys and girls open race.  JH individuals may not run in the team race.

Results

Results will be emailed to coaches following meet by Dave Jockisch.

Placement of Varsity Runners

We will expect correct placement of all your varsity runners in the flight races.  If you are entering fewer than seven boys or girls in the flight races, you must place them from #1 races down through as far as you have runners. (Example - if you have only five boys running, you will not enter anyone in the #6 or #7 man races.)  If a flight runner does not finish or a team does not have a runner in the race, that team will be given a score, which is equal to the number of teams entered in the flight races.  A team will be considered to be a school, which has two, or more runners entered in the varsity meet.

Scoring

This year we are using David Jokisch to score the meet.  He will need you to go to  www.jtrackcc.com and enter your entire squad by clicking on “Cross Country Entries On-Line”.  If you have already previously entered a meet with Jokisch Services, you can check the www.jtrackcc.com website to see if your roster has already been added for the Classic.  If you have any changes simply use regular email listed below to delete or make additions.  Coaches can choose their 7 runners on race day.  He will confirm your entries by reply email within 24 hours of receiving of the entries.  We are not taking any fax copies of runners’ names.   This needs to be done before Tuesday, Sept. 25th.   If you have any questions, email David at dave@jtrackcc.com.

Concession Stand

A concession stand will be available selling pork chop sandwiches, candy, drinks, fruit, etc.  Please tell your parents and fans that we will have concessions for sell.

T-Shirts

An attractive short-sleeved race T-shirt will be for sale on the day of the race.

Bus Parking

Bus Drivers will be directed where to park in the parking lot east of the school.

Looking forward to see you on Saturday, September 29.  Please send your rosters to www.jtrackcc.com by Sept. 25th.
