Coaches Meeting:                 9:30 a.m. Held in Southeast Building Meeting Room

                                                Across from 300m Hurdle starting line and Pole Vault

 

Team Entries:                       Deadline of  Entries on SydexSports Website:

a.        Coaches will go to www.sydexsports.com and click on “Track Online Meet Entries” and follow instructions. If it is 1st time, Coaches can watch Video Tutorial titled “Online Entries for Attending Coach” Coaches may start this Entry process in advance by putting in Roster, and Entry Names & Performances in certain Events. They can continue to update until the Entry Deadline where they then need to click on “Send Entries Email”. Dave Jokisch will confirm receipt of entries within 24 hours with an email

b.      You will be able to start the process as soon as you get this email as the Meet is already set up and you can start putting in your roster at your convenience and even put in events and performances and come back and update them as it gets closer to deadline. You do not need to initiate “send email” until you are ready to send your final rosters.

Athlete Entries:

Please use 2011 marks only for entries.  The Games Committee reserves the right to Disqualify any athlete that is entered in an event with an inaccurate Seed Mark. 

100 / 110 Hurdles – Top 36 times will be accepted into the competition. 

Winner of each heat and next 5 times quality for FINALS

200 – Top 32 times, Winner and next 4 times qualify for FINALS.

All other running events will be heats against time with the fastest heat running LAST.
