Animal of the Month - Fawn

Check out Bob Wrobel's monthly e-mail update for May to get more information about fawns. A significant portion of the fawns brought to Wild and Free should have been left alone in the woods because they hadn't really been abandoned. Bob has lots more info about how you can tell if a fawn needs to be rescued.

After a rescued fawn has received any needed treatment it is moved to the outdoor pen to minimize its contact with humans.
