Deed is subject to the following covenants, conditions, reservation and restrictions.

One single dwelling house plus outbuildings

No temporary dwellings, house trailers, mobile homes

May not be subdivided or replotted

No commercial vehicles except a common pickup truck unless kept in completely enclosed garage

No more than one unregistered motor vehicle stored for more than 7 days unless kept in a covered garage

Not to be used for storage of trash or rubbish, anything that emits a foul odor or will cause any noise to disturb peace and quiet of area
