Michael Young has lived in Wisconsin most of his life and attended grade school in Sun Praire, Wisconsin. He is currently a senior at UW-Madison.

"Trouble" won a first place award at the 2002 Student Video Slam at UW -Madison and was exhibited at the 2003 Wisconsin Film Festival.
