Your molds are a major investment and critical to
your product success.

At the end of each production run, a job report is
completed. This report notes the condition of the
mold, condition of parts, and any suggested action
to be taken, and is completed by manufacturing
and quality control personnel.

The report is then reviewed in a regularly scheduled
meeting of the operations manager, mold engineer,
manufacturing engineer and tool specialist. Any
action to be taken is determined at that time.
