Our goal at C&H Plastics is to achieve zero defects throughout the manufacturing process. Our trained, full-time quality personnel follow a products' progress though all stages of production. Products are actually tracked by job number. Lot numbers and material identification numbers are noted throughout the process. Statistical Process Control(SPC) is available to ensure that all production meets customer requirements. The characteristics to be monitored by SPC will be determined through joint agreement of Quality Assurance, Engineering, and our customer. Part weights are tracked on every job. C&H Plastics' modern computer controlled presses facilitate extremely consistent production. Stringent dimensional and shot weight parameters are easily met with the new technologies employed by C&H. Our quality personnel perform in-process audits, at bi-hourly intervals, and record all information on forms designed for this purpose. A final audit of every carton of production produced further ensures that only superior components are delivered to our customer.
