You must decide what editor is best for you.
3rd thingCreate a index.html (that would be your 1st page) |
Once you learn the HTML language and learn how the editor works.
Figure out what you want your page to be about & write the info down.
Save the info as a index.html

4th stepIs getting space for your page online. Domains can be expensive so how about free space. |
