Selection Premium Line

Selection Premium Wine Kits contain 15 liters of 100% pure varietal juice & varietal grape concentrate,
with perfectly balanced pH, acid & tannin levels.  The large volume of pure grape juice in the blend
provides more of the subtle characteristics than grape concentrate alone.  Certain kits contain "F-packs"
or finishing packs designed to enhance flavor & round out sweetness in those styles which require it. 
The F-packs are style specific & will be noted on the outside of the box if one is included.  They are
packaged in an aseptic, nitrogen purged bag placed in a very attractive outer box.  Each kit makes six
gallons, or about 30 bottles of wine.

White Wines

Gewurtzaminer
Aromatic bouquet, cinnamon-like spiciness with a long, full-finish.

Viognier
A medium-bodied white wine, low in acidity, with aromatic notes of peaches and apricots. Serve with spicy Thai cuisine, Chinese and Mexican dishes, and medium to strong and salty cheeses.

Chamblaise (Chablis)
Crisp, semi-dry wine with a clean, refreshing after-taste.

Liebfraumilch
Classic medium-dry wine with a pleasant, fruity flavor.

Johannesburg Riesling
A fruity aroma and floral bouquet; crisp with a fruity and cinnamon taste.

Sauvignon Blanc

Full-bodied and dry with a crisp, clean finish.

Luna Bianca
The “Big White”. Lush, golden and rich, this wine is smooth and mouth-filling.

Piesporter
Spicy German tongue teaser with a fragrant aroma.

Chardonnay / Semillon
The combination of these two varieties gives a depth of complexity and character.

Valpolicella Style
Ruby Red color with a delicate bouquet and rich texture.

Cabernet Sauvignon
The king of the reds. Bold, deep character; age for maximum benefits.

Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot
Popular blend that combines plump, fruity Merlot grapes with robust Cabernet Sauvignon grapes.

Chianti

Pinot Noir
Has a velvety Flavor that is met with a fullness of aroma resembling black currants.

White Merlot
