Fruit Flavored Wine

Island Mist Premium Fruit Flavored Wine Kits are a combination of natural fruit flavoring & concentrate
which produce a light alcohol (6.5%) drink that is lighter & more fruity than table wines.  These kits contain
7.5 liters of juice packaged in an aseptic, nitrogen purged juice bag & make six gallons, or about 30 bottles
of wine.  The kits include an F-pack flavor package. 

Varietals

Peach Apricot Chardonnay
Chardonnay quietly contributes a subtle dryness and perfectly balanced acidity, with hints of its own citrus
and fruit flavors.

Exotic Fruits White Zinfandel
A fantastic paring of White Zinfandel with a host of luscious fruits including blackberry, strawberry, passion
fruit and black currant.

Black Raspberry Merlot
The aroma and flavors of freshly picked, ripe raspberries merge with the lush richness of berries and fruit
that naturally burst from the Merlot grape.

Green Apple Riesling
Crisp, crunchy green apple flavor with a pleasant initial tartness, followed by a delicious juicy finish. A real
thirst-quenching treat.

Wildberry Shiraz
A special combination of wild field berries is blended with the delicious, big red Shiraz to create a
wonderfully fruity treat.

Strawberry White Merlot
The medium pink White Merlot lays the groundwork and the natural strawberry flavor weaves in a pleasant
sweetness for a wonderful and delicious sensation.

Blackberry Cabernet
The natural combination of slight tart acidity with the pleasant sweetness that makes blackberries so
appealing is the perfect compliment to the robust and lively Cabernet backing.

Tropical Fruits Gewurtzraminer

This dazzling blend of fruits from the lower latitudes is literally bursting with flavors and is the perfect
refresher to beat the summer heat.
