Selection Estate Line

Selection Estate Series Ultra Premium Wine Kits offer the absolute pinnacle of quality achievable with a
home winemaking product.  Each kit contains 16 liters of the finest 100% pure varietal grape juice & juice
concentrate with no sugar added.  Each offering showcases product sourced from a specific world-
renowned grape growing area & is available only as Casa Vin’Arte obtains it. Each kit makes six gallons,
or about 30 bottles of wine.

White Wines

B C Okanagan Valley Chardonnay
Full, supple and fruity with aromas and flavors of citrus and apples that are integrated with premium
American toasted oak for a hint of vanilla and butter woven into the flavor profile. Recommended aging
of 2 months.

Washington Columbia Valley Riesling
Delicate yet complex, Rieslings grown here offer pronounced ripeness while retaining acidity, showing
fantastic floral aromas and flavors of peach and apricot, while maintaining a crisp freshness.

New Zealand Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc
A complex white wine with beguiling aromas of gooseberry, herbs, pink grapefruit, fresh-cut grass,
asparagus, lime-leaf, tropical fruit, and passion fruit. Long, rich flavors, redolent with grass and currant
leaves, and a crisp dry finish. Serve with oysters, scallops salmon, spicy food ( Hunan Chinese is
spectacular), sparagus, herbed roast chicken and crab.

Red Wines

Lodi Old Vines Zinfandel
Deep and rich with bold, zesty aromas and ripe berry fruit flavor. Robust and exciting, it bursts with a
spiciness that is met head on by the premium French oak. Recommended aging of 4 months.

Woodbridge Ranch II Cabernet Sauvignon
This ultra premium Cabernet has the trademark black currant and cherry flavors with a subtle weave of
complex compounds that will delight “Cab” fans.

Napa Valley Stag’s Leap District Merlot
Harvested from the highly regarded Stag’s Leap district on the valley’s east bench, this Merlot is dry and
medium-bodied with a soft, supple, fruity palate of plums and red berries. Its characteristic spicy aroma,
accented with light oak, leads a rich, smooth and mouth-filling flavor experience.

Oregon Yamhill County Pinot Noir
This remarkable wine creates a lasting impression on the palate and in memory. Intense ripe-grape,
mint, raspberry and black cherry aromas, along with smoky, elusive oak make this a medium-bodied
and rich wine. High in alcohol,ithas intense flavor despite its delicacy.

“Crushendo” Santa Ynez Valley Syrah (18 litres)
This kit combines the finest grape juice and concentrates with a crushed grape pack that helps increase
the intensity of the wine to spectacular levels. The wine has room-filling aromas of blackberry, smoke,
plum, “jammy” fruit and even a hint of black pepper spiciness lurking in the intense velvety tannins.

“Crushendo” Corvina Classico Di Veneto (18 litres)
Corvina Classico has lush, intriguing aromas of ripe red cherries and raspberries, delicate hints of
almond, toast and spice and a richly tannic finish that leaves the fruit lingering on your palate.
