Tallahassee as it was called by the previous owners,
Mr. Dick and Mrs. Juanita Morse, was built in approximately 1870.
Chester and Bernice Caprini purchased this house in January 2005 and have begun construction to repair structural supports, walls, floors, kitchen and baths, paint, refinish some of the interior wood floors and correct exterior drainage.
