Hello, my name is Elmer Brown. I started using personal computers in the early 80's when I purchased my first computer, a Commodore 64. I am still amazed at what could be done with such a small computer. I soon began upgrading to newer computers as soon as they became to small or slow for the newer programs.

My experience has been with Windows based PC computers with some exposure to Mac computers. I have experience with all types of programs, except database programs. I am not a computer programmer or a technician but am an experienced self-taught computer user.

Upon my retirement at the end of 1997, I began spending more time using the internet along with selling on eBay. I have experience in digital photography both professional and amateur with a majority of my experience using photographs for use on eBay.

My method of training is learning by doing. I don't just show you how to do it, but guide you as you do all the steps. I believe that learning by doing on your own computer is easier and more effective. As everyone's training needs are different, I provide flexible training adjustable to your individual needs.
