His mother Alice's headstone has a death date of 13 Apr 1890. It looks as if Alice died during child birth and the baby died a couple months after, however, the dates do not exactly match. However, it happened this is a very sad story. George, Alice's husband, Koehler then remarried in 1893 and began a new family.
