Annie S. Floyd

Mrs. Annie Seagraves Floyd, 97, of Hull, died Monday,
October 8, 2001.

A native of Madison County, Mrs. Floyd was a daughter of
the late Lloyd H. and Georgia Ann Hawks Seagraves. She
was the wife of the late George W. Floyd.

Mrs. Floyd was a member of Worldwide Church of God.

Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. Friday, October 12,
in the chapel of Lord & Stephens Funeral Home, Danielsville,
with Dr. Tom Lang officiating. Burial was in the Pleasant
Grove Baptist Church cemetery. Mrs. Floyd's grandsons served
as pallbearers.

Survivors include four daughters, Margaret Sheffield,
Bradenton, Fla., Charlotte F. Mauldin, Doraville, Betty
Willyard, Wimauma, Fla., and Barbara Napoli, Tampa, Fla.;
two sons, Richard T. Floyd, Franklin, N.C., and R. Wayne
Floyd, Hull; two sisters-in-law, Mildred Glenn, Hull, and
Reba Beatenbaugh, Athens; 15 grandchildren, 32 great-
grandchildren, seven great-great-grandchildren and a number
of nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.

Lord & Stephens Funeral Home, Danielsville, was in charge
of arrangements.
