Foster Bleile, Foster Englert's nephew through wife Rose LaMartin, remembers Uncle Foster as a nice man. Uncle Foster raised Foster Bleile for awhile after Foster Bleile's mother Louise died. He remembers Uncle Foster doing experimental work for Eastman Kodak Company is his basement in a darkroom. He also remembers a fire almost burning the house down because of that work going on in the basement. He said after Uncle Foster developed "mental problems" he was raised by his Aunt Irene and Uncle Mike Eisenhower. Irene was another sister of his mother Louise.

Foster married Rose Lamartin.
