The staff of the Willkommen Hof will be happy to assist you with planning a catered function. In the past, the Willkommen Hof has hosted ski clubs, family reunions, wedding rehersal dinners, and pig roasts. The Willkomen
hof is a licensed property by the NYS Liquor Authority. As such
guests are not allowed to have alcoholic beverages outside of their
rooms. Beer and wine is available for purchase on site. For
catered events, the management will provide a list of wines and beers
available for purchase at a discounted rate.
If you are planning an indoor affair, the sitting capacity is approximately 25 people. During the summer and fall, the outdoor picnic and deck may also be used, bringing the total capacity to 100 people.
For those interested in planning an overnight or weekend function, the maximum overnight capacity is 24 people including children. The floor plan.of the Willkommen Hof :
