Reservation & Cancellations
Please note our prepayment and cancellation policies. They are a vital part of the management of a small inn. Full Prepayment is requested for stays up to 2 days, a 50% deposit is required for longer stays and should be received within 5 days of making the reservation. Your deposit is refundable with 14 days notice of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation with less than 14 days notice and your room cannot be rebooked, you will forfeit your deposit. All cancellations are subject to a $20.00 cancellation fee, if made by Credit card.
Arrivals & Departure:
Check-in
time: 3:00 PM
Check-out time: 11:00 AM
Late Arrivals: Please call us if plan to arrive later than 10:00 PM
Holiday Periods
During certain holiday periods, there is a minimum reservation of 4 or more nights required depending on the holiday. Because of the limited availability during holiday periods, no refunds will be given due to adverse weather conditions unless Whiteface Mt. Ski Area is closed.
Smoking
For the enjoyment of all our guests the inn maintains a strict " No Smoking" policy throughout.
